A maintenance page will be displayed. All Git operations (clone, push, pull), CI/CD pipelines, merge requests, and the web UI will be inaccessible. Rollback Plan: In the event of a failed upgrade, GitLab will be restored from a pre-upgrade EBS snapshot and DNS will be pointed to the restored instance.
